As the name implies, all B-vitamins contained in this formula are in the coenzyme or phosphorylated form. Phosphorylated B-vitamins are coenzymes that are energy preloaded for immediate action without the additional conversion in the liver. The B-vitamins comprise a group of vitamins that perform essential, closely interrelated roles in cellular functioning, acting as co-enzymes in a vast array of catabolic and anabolic enzymatic reactions. It is important to realize that in nature no true B-Vitamin is found in isolation as they
