All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays or as otherwise indicated on the website store) after you receive your order confirmation
email, pending stock. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Due to Covid-19 there may be unforeseen shipping delays with FEDEX, USPS or UPS that are out of our control.
High volume or inability to maintain stock due to high order volume may delay shipping.
We will attempt to keep you updated.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
FREE SHIPPING on orders over $200 US to the 48 contiguous states for orders.
At this time, we do not ship to countries outside of the US.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] or call 805-270-5063 with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
