Return and Refund Policy

Neither Purist Natural Medicine nor the doctors at Purist Natural Medicine can be held liable for negative side effects or adverse reactions you believe are the result of a product you purchase from us or our store. Purchasing a product from Purist Natural Medicine Center does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and any doctor at Purist Natural Medicine. The supplements sold by Purist Natural Medicine are NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Furthermore, the products sold and statements about the products on this Store site have NOT been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). You are encouraged to do your own research about all information and products on this site and to always check with your health care provider before taking any nutritional supplement and to verify appropriate dosing. We recommend that you seek the guidance of a healthcare professional if you have questions, before purchasing any product.

Returns and Refunds

If there is a problem with your order, please contact customer service at orders@puristnaturalmedicine.com or call 805-270-5063.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from your date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your date of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and safety-sealed. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase with first and last name and or your order number. All returns must be accompanied by a Purist Natural Medicine Return Processing Authorization (RPA) Number.

We are NOT responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs for the original shipment to you are non-refundable. 

If the package is lost, Purist Natural Medicine is not responsible for it. We recommend you record the tracking number of your shipment.

DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a week.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact customer service first at orders@puristnaturalmedicine.com or call 805-270-5063 to receive a Return Processing Authorization (RPA) Number, then mail your product via USPS to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the refund was due to defects or error on our part. Shipping costs for the original shipment to you are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

When you ship the item back to us, make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until we receive the returned merchandise.  We are not responsible for lost packages.

Late or Missing Refunds

Any refunds will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.

Eligible refunds will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our receipt of the product.

Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.

If you haven’t received a refund at that time, first check your credit card account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the unopened product for a refund and place a new order for the product you would like in exchange.

Customers are required to pay shipping costs to ship the original item back to us. Once we receive the original item, you may exchange the product for another one of equal or lesser value. You will be required to pay the difference if the price of the product you request is more than the price of the originally purchased product. You will also be required to pay for shipping and handling of the new item to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong product, we will ship the correct item to you at no additional cost to you.

If an item arrived damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. We may require a photograph of the damaged product.

Steps to Initiate A Refund or Exchange

Please contact us at orders@puristnaturalmedicine.com or call 805-270-5063 and provide your order number. Once you receive a Return Processing Authorization (RPA) Number, ship your package to:

  • Please include your name and the Return Processing Authorization (RPA) Number in the box.
  • When you ship the item back to us, make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until we receive the returned merchandise.  We are not responsible for lost packages.
  • Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.
