Dr. Kendall Perrine is a California-licensed Naturopathic Doctor serving patients in Dana Point (Orange County), Arroyo Grande (San Luis Obispo), and globally through virtual health coaching. She specializes in regenerative injection therapies, homeopathy, IV and IM nutrient therapies, ozone medicine, and natural aesthetics offering a depth of integrative care that is rarely found in a single practice.

Dr. Perrine provides a great service. I’ve been able to avoid hip surgery due to the Ozone treatments I’ve gotten over the last several months. If you’re looking for options to avoid orthopedic surgery, I highly recommend looking into the services Dr. Perrine offers!

I got a B12 shot from Dr. Perrine and I loved it. I felt energized without the side of effects of caffeine. My focus was better and I even had enough energy to go to the gym after work. Highly recommend trying it!

Dr perrine is the best! I've been dealing with unsolved health issues for awhile. I've been to many doctors and different naturopaths on the central coast and outside of california. I didn't feel like they listened, or cared. I also felt like wasn't getting any answers at all and sometimes felt worse. I didn't get better until I decided to try one more time with another naturopath. Let me just say, I am beyond lucky to have found Dr Perrine.
She makes me feel heard, she's very patient, kind and really cares. She got to the bottom of every symptom I have ever had. I'm happy to say, after 3 years I'm finally able to live my life without worries. If western doctors aren't listening, and you just can't get real answers, please contact Dr Perrine!! To become healthy doesn't necessarily require surgery. There are so many ways to treat illness/disease and it's refeshing to have a physician focused on comprehensive treatment and analysis. I am 60 years old, and Dr. Perrine has helped me attain a high quality of health through non-invasive sensible protocols.

I wish I could give Dr. Perrine 10 stars. I have never had a primary care experience like what is offered at Purist Natural Medicine. I have always had bumps and bruises from being a competitive athlete. Despite being able to fight through the pain (knees/neck/back/shoulder), eventually I realized that it is better for my performance and enjoyment to get ahead and really try to correct some structural imbalances I had been fighting through.
The relief that I was able to receive through the innovative injections and mechanical advice from Dr. Perrine was game-changing. We corrected my issues from the roots of the causes instead of just addressing things with quick fixes. I have received lasting results and am playing harder than I have in years!!!
Another important piece of my puzzle was the realization that Dr. Perrine provides true primary care. Initially, I was just interested in pain management but I was educated on how the foundations of nutrition and cellular health needs to be in place in order to heal. It makes a whole lot of sense. I was able to run blood work and discover changes that I needed to make from a nutritional and dietary standpoint. I was delighted to speed my recovery process along with addressing some other issues I had been having (energy/brain fog/GI symptoms).
Overall, I would say the experience at Purist is as good as it gets. Dr. Perrine is knowledgeable and most importantly, she cares.
