Initial Visit
New Patients only
Discuss your most pertinent health concerns with Dr. Perrine by scheduling a Naturopathic Visit today. Upon scheduling your first visit via the online scheduling platform or over the phone, you will receive a welcome email with a login to your patient portal. There you will find intake and consent forms to complete BEFORE your first visit.
First visits include a thorough investigation into your health history and current health concerns This may or may not include: laboratory analysis, supplement and nutraceutical recommendations, physical medicine treatments, diet and lifestyle recommendations, and more. Together as a team, we will determine a treatment plan that best fits your needs.
Purist Natural Medicine does NOT accept insurance. We don’t answer to your insurance company, we answer to you.
Follow-up Visits
For established patients only. Follow-up visits are intended as check-in’s to assess progression of treatment as well as review of lab work. If there are any new symptoms or clarifying questions, follow-up visits may be scheduled.
